In a town like Florence , temple of art and beauty, you do not usually think about its permanent citizens but as all main big cities it offers interesting places to visit also in the cold winter days. One of this is for sure the central market.
The block where our hotel is located, and where one can find workshops, has a strong artisan vocation. First to be remembered is the work on precious metals, in which some artisans still use the ancient technique “a cera persa” (non avrei idea di come tradurlo).
