Privacy Policy

Pursuant to current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 679 of 2016), we wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out correctly and transparently, for lawful purposes, protecting your privacy and your rights.

Treatments:
-The processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.
A) Police requests. This information is requested by the Police and this data is kept for a period of 1 year from the moment the guest leaves the hotel
B) Accounting. This information is requested by the Revenue Agency and this data must be kept for a period of 10 years (or even longer where necessary for legal reasons)
C) Health of worker . This information is requested by the Healthcare System and this data must be kept for a period of 10 years (or even longer where necessary for legal reasons)

-The processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same.
A) Customer and supplier records. This data is necessary for the sale of services to customers and for the purchase of items from suppliers. These data are stored for a period of 10 years from the last commercial negotiation (sale or purchase)
B) Employee Registries. These data are necessary for carrying out work activities. These data are stored for a period of 10 years starting from the moment of termination of the employment contract.
C) Employee Salary Data. These data are necessary for remuneration purposes of employees. These data are stored for a period of 10 years starting from the moment of termination of the employment contract.
D) Customer's credit card. These data are necessary for economic transactions and for the economic protection of the business. These data are stored for a period of 6 months

-The interested party has expressed consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes:
A) External Communications (during the stay). By providing consent you authorize the hotel to allow the guest to receive external communications. These data are stored until the end of the stay.
B) Marketing. By providing consent you authorize the company to send advertising material to subscribers. These data are stored for a period of 10 years.
C) Future Stays. By providing consent you authorize the company to retain the personal data of guests of the accommodation facility in order to speed up procedures in the event of future stays. These data are stored for a period of 10 years.
D) Third Party Cookies. By providing consent you authorize Doubleclick, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 to collect information on the user's browsing experience of the site.
E) Video surveillance. Information panels warn that the area is under video surveillance. By entering the area you give your consent to be filmed. This data is retained for a period of 1 week.

The data is processed by Camera con Vista S.r.l. and/or its privacy officers. The data will be communicated to third parties only for the reasons indicated above.
If the data necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or a legal obligation are not provided, the services cannot be provided. If consent is not provided for the requested activities, the related services cannot be provided.

The data is not transferred to non-EU countries in the following cases:
-Contractual obligations: A, B, D
-Consensus: A,B,C,E
In other cases, any transfers to non-EU countries take place under the responsibility of the recipients of the data.
We also wish to inform you that the European Regulation recognizes certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or cancellation or limitation or opposition to processing, in addition to the right to data portability, if and to the extent applicable (articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 679 of 2016). You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, according to the procedures established by current legislation.
